利用規約

1. 適用範囲

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本ウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）が提供する翻訳サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. サービス内容

本サービスは、有資格者による翻訳を提供する有料サービスです。翻訳結果の正確性・完全性については最大限の注意を払いますが、その内容を保証するものではありません。

3. 料金および支払い方法

  1. 本サービスの利用料金は、本サイトに表示された金額とします。

  2. 支払い方法は、銀行振込、その他当サイトが指定する方法とします。

  3. 支払いは前払いとし、入金確認後にサービス提供を開始します。

  4. 利用者の都合によるキャンセル・返金については原則として応じません。ただし、当サイトの都合によりサービス提供が困難となった場合は、この限りではありません。

  5. 原稿にない文字を翻訳に追加したり、原稿にある文字を翻訳から削除したりといった改変は、原則として行いません。

  6. 翻訳証明書は、1オーダーにつき基本的に1通の発行となります。翻訳者の判断により追加される場合があります。依頼人からのリクエストにより変更する場合は、別途手数料が発生することがあります。

4. 禁止事項

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為

  • 他者の権利・利益を侵害する行為

  • 虚偽の情報を提供する行為

  • 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為

  • 不正アクセス、データ改ざん等の不正行為

  • 本サービスを無断で再販売・再配布する行為

5. 免責事項

  1. 弊社の翻訳を含むすべてのサービスに関しては、必ずお客様による最終ご確認の上でご使用なさってください。当サイトは、本サービスの提供に関連して利用者に生じた損害（間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益を含む）について、当サイトの故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

  2. 当サイトが責任を負う場合であっても、その賠償額は、利用者が当該サービスの対価として支払った金額を上限とします。

  3. 翻訳結果の利用に伴う判断・行動は、利用者自身の責任で行うものとします。

  4. 本サービスは予告なく内容の変更、中断、終了を行う場合があります。

  5. 翻訳文書の発送が完了した時点で、当サイトの本サービスに関する責任は終了するものとします。発送後の遅延、紛失、破損等について当サイトは責任を負いません。

6. 著作権

利用者が提供した文章等の著作権は利用者に帰属します。ただし、サービス品質向上のため、個人を特定できない形でデータを利用する場合があります。

7. 利用停止

利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当サイトは事前の通知なくサービス利用を停止できるものとします。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は、本サイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

9. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Use

In the event of any inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the translation services (hereinafter “the Services”) provided on this website (hereinafter “the Site”). By using the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.

2. Service Description

The Services provide paid translations performed by qualified translators. While we take the utmost care to ensure accuracy and completeness, we do not guarantee the content of the translation.

3. Fees and Payment Methods

  1. The fees for the Services shall be as displayed on the Site.
  2. Payment methods shall be bank transfer or any other method designated by the Site.
  3. Payment must be made in advance, and the Services will begin after payment has been confirmed.
  4. Cancellations or refunds due to the user’s circumstances will generally not be accepted. However, this does not apply if the Services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the Site.
  5. We do not, in principle, make alterations such as adding text not included in the original document or removing text that appears in the original.
  6. As a general rule, one translation certificate is issued per order. Additional certificates may be issued at the translator’s discretion. If changes are requested by the client, additional fees may apply.

4. Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

  • Acts that infringe upon the rights or interests of others

  • Providing false or misleading information

  • Interfering with the operation of the Services

  • Unauthorized access, data tampering, or other fraudulent activities

  • Reselling or redistributing the Services without permission

 

5. Disclaimer

  1. Users must review and confirm all translations and related services before use. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Site, the Site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the Services, including indirect, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
  2. Even if the Site is held liable, the amount of compensation shall be limited to the fees paid by the user for the relevant Service.
  3. Decisions and actions taken based on the translation results are the sole responsibility of the user.
  4. The content of the Services may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
  5. The Site’s responsibility for the Services ends once the translated documents have been dispatched. The Site shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage occurring after dispatch.
 

6. Copyright

Copyright of the text and materials provided by the user remains with the user. However, the Site may use such data in a non‑identifiable form for the purpose of improving service quality.

 

7. Suspension of Use

If a user violates these Terms, the Site may suspend the user’s access to the Services without prior notice.

 

8. Amendments to the Terms

These Terms may be amended as necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect at the time they are posted on the Site.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site’s operator shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
