①さくら翻訳‧国際法務事務所のロゴが⼊ります。事務所の訳語「Firm」はlaw firmなど弁護⼠事務所など法律系の事務所によく使われます。こ
の部分に事務所情報の記載があることがオーストラリア向けの⽂書には要求されます。
②⾏政書⼠の訳語として「solicitor（イギリスの事務弁護⼠）」を使⽤し、「immigration lawyer（アメリカの移⺠弁護⼠）としても知られる」と
説明しています。
③「true and accurate translation」の⽂⾔はイギリス向けの翻訳で要求されます。
④⾏政書⼠印：⾏政書⼠法で⾏政書⼠が作成した⽂書には⾏政書⼠として登録した印鑑を押さなければなりません。
⑤英⽂スタンプ：事務所名が⼊った英⽂のスタンプが押されます。翻訳した⽂書と割印も押されます。
⑥翻訳者認定機関名‧登録番号と、認定分野（英日：政治‧経済‧社会、日英・英日：⾦融‧経済‧法務）が記載されています。
⑦⽇本翻訳連盟の会員であることがスリランカ⼤使館向けの翻訳で要求されます。
⑧翻訳者の住所‧経験‧資格などの記載がオーストラリア向けの翻訳で要求されます。
Translation Certificate (Free of Charge)
Here is a simple explanation of the translation certificate provided free of charge.
This certificate is issued by the only professional in Japan who is both a certified translator and a Gyoseishoshi (solicitor).
It is formatted to meet the requirements of countries from which we frequently receive requests—such as the United Kingdom, Australia, and Sri Lanka—and is also suitable for use in other countries.
We also receive requests from attorneys, judicial scriveners, and other legal professionals.
① The logo of Sakura Translation & International Affiairs Firm is included. This office information is required for documents submitted to Australia.
② For the term Gyoseishoshi, the translation uses “solicitor” (a legal practitioner in the UK) and explains that it is also known as an “immigration lawyer” in the United States.
③ The phrase “true and accurate translation” is required for translations submitted to the United Kingdom.
④ Gyoseishoshi Seal: Under the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist Act, certified specialists must affix their registered seal to documents they prepare.
⑤ English Stamp: A stamp with the office name is applied, and a cross‑stamp is placed across the translation and certificate.
⑥ The name and registration No. of the translator certification body, along with the certified fields (EN–JA: politics, economics, society; JA–EN/EN–JA: finance, economics, law), are included.
⑦ Membership in the Japan Translation Federation is required for translations submitted to the Sri Lankan Embassy.
⑧ The translator’s address, experience, and qualifications are required for translations submitted to Australia.
